Any freight coming to Russia by road will pass customs in Moscow or Moscow region and then it will be shipped to the destination point by means of domestic auto transport. The same will happen to railroad cargo: after customs clearing in Moscow or Moscow region it will be readdressed, switched to another train and got right where you marked. The air cargo will pass the same customs clearing and be sent by domestic company (at your or our choice) to any city or town in Russia, which has air communication.
